Hall of Fame Inductions 2025

John Adams (1969) John Adams was the “Heartbeat of Cleveland baseball” for five decades. He played his drum in the bleacher seats at almost every Indians’ home game from August 24th, 1973, against the Texas Rangers, through 2019. John rallied Cleveland Baseball fans for more than 3700 consecutive ball games. In 2008, he won the “Hilda Award”, which is presented annually by the Baseball Reliquary “to recognize distinguished service to the game by a baseball fan, named in memory of Hilda Chester, a dedicated fan of the Brooklyn Dodgers. On August 24th, 2022, the 49th anniversary of when he started drumming at Cleveland Baseball games, the team – now renamed the Guardians – announced that John Adams had been inducted into the Cleveland Guardians Distinguished Hall of Fame.

Nicholas Bugosh (1971) Nicholas Bugosh is a hydrologist and the inventor of a new approach to land grading that returns disturbed lands to natural function and appearance that is known as GeoFluv upon which the Natural Regrade design software is based. Natural Regrade is used across the United States, Canada, South America, Australia, and Europe. In 2009, Nicholas formed the company GeoFluv to provide training, coaching, and consulting services in this innovative landform design method and he continues to serve as the GeoFluv Technical Director for Carlson Software where he is responsible for the development and support of the Natural Regrade fluvial geomorphic landform design software worldwide.

Susan Kish Cisko (1974) Susan was valedictorian of the PSHS Class of 1974. She was the recipient of Phi Theta Kappa’s Outstanding Teacher Award at Cuyahoga County Community College 2002. When Susan shifted to another field of employment, she was named Employee of the Quarter, 3rd quarter 2013 Department of Veterans Affairs and was designated a Wings of Excellence Federal Employee in 2014. Currently, Susan is employed as Treasurer and Church Hall Manager of the West Side Hungarian Reformed Church. She also holds the position of Payroll and Benefits Coordinator for Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church. She has served as President of Brecksville Co-op Preschool, former President of Brecksville Squares, a square Dance Club, and is active with the Western Reserve Theater Organ Society as well as being a Thespian Member of Clague Playhouse. Susan is also treasurer of the Parma Senior High School Alumni Association.

Ralph Jerome Jarvis (1959) Ralph Gerome Jarvis, aka Scott Jarvis, was an American actor of stage and screen, mainly active as a musical theater actor from the mid 1960’s into the late 1980’s. He began his professional stage career as “Rolph” in the 1966 Music Fair Circuit Production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “The Sound of Music”. He made his Broadway debut at the Billy Rose Theater as Rabbit Holman in the original production of Terrence McNally’s 1968 musical “Here’s Where I Belong”. He is best remembered for his role as the Courier in the original Broadway production of Sherman Edwards and Peter Stone’s musical “1776” in which he sang a critically acclaimed performance of “Momma Look Sharp”. Throughout his show business career, Ralph appeared in national television shows, such as, “Starsky and Hutch” and soap operas, including, “The Young and the Restless” and “The Edge of Night”.

Ronald Labinski (1955) Ronald Labinski was an architect, notable for his influential designs of stadiums for professional baseball and football. Focusing for much of his career on sports venues, Ronald was instrumental in establishing sports and assembly venue design as architectural specialties. Ronald’s work led to the establishment of several such specialized firms in Kansas City, composed of many of his former colleagues, making Kansa City the center of sports-related design. Ronald Labinski has been described as the world’s first sports venue architect. Joe Robbie Stadium marked the first use of club seating, a concept Labinski originated that provided an enhanced revenue stream for stadium owners. Notable projects of Ronald Labinski include Arrowhead Stadium (1972), Kansas City, Jacobs Field (1994), now Progressive Field in Cleveland, and Raymond James Stadium (1998) inTampa, Florida.

George Willam MacDonald (1968) George William MacDonald was an attorney at law, practicing his craft in Northeast Ohio for many years until his passing in 2017. Throughout his career, George established and maintained a reputation for high ethical standards. His honesty was never in question. He received fulfillment in his chosen field by serving his fellow man. He was known throughout the legal community as a tireless worker who was very inclined to represent clients who did not have a lot of money. George oftentimes provided service to his clients at a cost of whatever they could afford to pay, even if sometimes that amounted to nothing at all. George served his community through the Bay Village Kiwanis Club, Bay United Methodist Church and was active in community theater.

Ryan Madison (Staff) Ryan Madison personifies the Redman spirit. He served the Parma City School District for thirty-six years as a teacher, coach, and Athletic Director, distinguishing himself in every capacity as a dedicated and loyal contributor to and supporter of the schools and community. Ryan taught Social Studies at Shiloh Middle School and Psychology and World History at Parma Senior High School, where he coached wrestling and football. As Head Wrestling Coach, from 1999-2004, Ryan revived the PSH Wrestling legacy and restored a winning culture. As Athletic Director, Ryan transformed the athletic program from mediocrity to excellence. Under Ryan’s direction, dramatic improvement took place in facilities, equipment, program, promotion, and recognition of school records and achievement. Ryan has the distinction of having been the longest serving Athletic Director in Parma City Schools History.

Biagio Messina (1992) Biagio is an actor, playwright, TV and film producer and entertainment blogger. He wrote an award-winning play “Me and Grandma” while in high school. Biagio played the role of Marc Cram on the Nickelodeon sitcom “Kenan and Kel.” Other acting jobs included Nickelodeon’s “All That” and NBC’s medical drama “ER”. His filmmaking credits include the feature-length, theatrically released documentary, “Dying to Do Letterman”. His television producing credits include the VH1 reality series “Scream Queens”, the MTV True Life Presents “Secret, Lies, and Sex”. After several hundred hours of entertainment, he is still a hands-on producer. He films, runs interviews, polishes edits, creates graphics and visual effects, composes original music, and theme songs for the company’s TV series. Biagio and his wife, Joke, own and run the TV and film production company, Joke Productions. The married team collaborates on their film and TV productions. They also podcast and blog about the entertainment industry. Their mission is to get future film makers started in their careers.

Steven Alan Nash (1962) Steven Alan Nash distinguished himself in the field of museum curation. Steven has great passion for art history and great knowledge. His never-ending search for information of the arts and its creators is exceptional. He has many years of involvement with museums across the country and has been engaged in many projects. His continued contributions to the advancement of art on the national level and his current involvement with the local art in Palm Springs is unique. He served as Curator of the Allbright-Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo, New York (1973-80) and Deputy Director of Albright-Knox (1980-88). Steven participated in the design and installation of the Dallas Museum of Art as Deputy Director and Chief Curator, an expanded California Palace of the Legion of Honor and DeYoung Museum as Assistant Director and Chief Curator of the Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco (1988-2010), as well as the ground-up Curator of the Nasher Sculptural Center in Dallas, Texas as founding director (2001-2007). In 2016, he was elected President of the Board of Directors of the Diebenkorn Foundation. He is the first non-family member to lead the Foundation.

Charlene Eastin Rossi (1971) Charlene Eastin Rossi worked at various local hospitals as a Licensed Practical Nurse from 1982 to 1995. She is the owner Rossi & Associates Data Services, Inc. Since 2006 to present, she has been webmaster and Facebook Coordinator for the Parma Senior High School Alumni Association. Since 2020, Charlene has served as Trustee for the Parma City Schools Historical Museum. Her duties with that organization include Facebook Coordinator, Fund Raiser Coordinator, as well as Coordinator of all events, sales and advertising. Charlene served for five years as Chairperson of the Richard Arnold /Michael Danilo Memorial Scholarship.

John Schweitzer (1969) John Schweitzer is a lifelong educator who taught Social Studies from1973 to 1993 at Parma Senior High School. His administrative positions included PSHS Deputy Principal, Mentor Exempted School District Administrator, Euclid School District Director of Staff Development, and Assistant Superintendent of Euclid Schools, a ten-year tour of duty, from which he retired. John served on the Parma City Schools Board of Education from 2017 to 2022; President from 2018-22. John coached soccer, baseball, and softball for 25 years for the Parma Recreation Department.

Michael Trompak (2007) Michael Trompak has devoted his entire professional career to serving others in the medical field. An Eagle Scout, with a master’s degree in nursing, he has extensive clinical experience in critical care, emergency, flight, and pre-hospital care. He also attained nursing sub-specialty certifications in both Cardiac Surgery and Cardiac Medicine. Michael has served his country in the United States Air Force Reserves and the Individual Ready Reserves. Michael was featured as an “Everyday Hero” in Cleveland Magazine in June 2018. He founded the Dominican Republic’s paramedic education program, as well as Trompak & Associates Legal Nurse Consulting, which provides exceptional Medical Consultant Services for Attorneys practicing medical related litigation. In recognition of his extensive career accomplishments, he was inducted into the Cleveland State University Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame in 2019.
